A vision for a more inclusive world.
Visibility Matters is the vision of founder, Jonathan Watcham. He’s a writer, communications strategist, marketing consultant, content creator, copywriter, coach and creative entrepreneur.
He believes we all have the ability to step up, be seen and heard for who we are and valued for our unique experiences and ideas.
He loves leading workshops, coaching emerging leaders, telling stories and creating ideas and content to communicate the benefits of a diverse team and equity and inclusion in workplaces and in the community. Visibility is his personal mantra!
